This will be the post on the AI map: the second, equal half of the potential map alongside the data map from the mise en place post. Its two axes: AI capability (language, analysis, generation, perception, automation, personalisation) and degree of autonomy, from “AI informs” through “AI supports” and “AI suggests, human confirms” to “AI decides on its own” — the most honest question of the whole workshop.
Example clusters that belong here:
Document automation (agentic AI): incoming invoices, order confirmations, document checks. Common denominator: understanding, extracting and reconciling unstructured records and executing follow-up steps automatically within defined guardrails.
Knowledge access (conversational AI): chatbots and assistants on company knowledge. Common denominator: making content from scattered sources accessible, with a clean permissions concept included.
